Academic Services Department
All services related to academic records, and policies and procedures are offered by the Academic Services Department. The team uses a customer-cantered approach in dealing with all enquiries from students, family members and staff. In collaboration with Student Services, the team strive to facilitate student retention, academic advancement and graduation of every student.
Academic Services teams work with advisors and heads of the academic programs to help the students understand the academic policies and procedures, and how these may affect their academic standing, progression and graduation. Academic Services staff deliver information through workshops, group sessions and individual sessions to ensure that students are up to date with current regulations and are empowered to take responsibility for their academic progress.
